Christianity Explored

"an opportunity to think through the Christian faith"

'Christianity: boring, irrelevant, untrue?'

Please come along! You're not asked to pray, sing, or read aloud, and you can ask any questions you like. Or, if you prefer, you can come along and simply listen. Christianity Explored is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith.

It's a chance for you to ask any questions you have

Who is Jesus?

Why did he come?

Welcome to Exeter!

Whether you are here to work or to study for an undergraduate or postgraduate course, we hope that you really enjoy your time here. At St Leonard’s Church there are many people who would look forward to meeting you and are keen to offer friendship and maybe even a warm meal! We would love you to make this your home church during your stay in Exeter.

Services

All international visitors, whether Christian or just interested in finding out more about what Christians believe, are welcome to our services. The details of these can be found here.

Student Focus

International students are very welcome at Student Focus, where we share a meal together before reading from the Bible in small groups. You can find out more here.

Friends International

We also support the work of Friends International, who organise many events, Bible discussions and day trips for international students. They have a hospitality scheme, through which you can be invited to a local home for a meal. More details can be found here.
